Whether breakfast is a buffet, served at the table or delivered to the room, freshly squeezed juice is one of the first things guests notice. Self-service machines let guests squeeze their own glass at the buffet, while back-of-house options keep juice flowing to the restaurant and room service.

The estimate uses your hotel’s room count and an assumed average of 77 single-use 1-litre juice bottles per room per year, based on Zummo London’s data. Each bottle is assumed to contain 38g of plastic packaging, including the cap. The figures are indicative, rather than measured outcomes, and do not represent a comparison of the overall environmental impact of each solution.

Eligible hotels within the M25 can access a Zummo machine through our free-on-loan service, without significant upfront investment. Installation, training, servicing and technical support are included, and you simply pay for the fruit you use.
There’s no long contract. We work on seven days’ notice, so it’s a straightforward way to introduce freshly squeezed juice with local support behind you.
The fruit makes all the difference to flavour, yield and consistency. We understand seasonality and sourcing, selecting quality oranges, lemons, limes, pink grapefruit and pomegranates suited to juicing.
Order by 8pm and your fruit arrives fresh before 5am the next morning, ready for breakfast service.
